Date changes

More than 28 days in advance: Subject to availability.

Less than 27 days in advance: Subject to availability. Penalty of $3,000.00 mn.
If the new requested period has a different price than the original contracted price, the guest must cover the difference. If the adjustment is not accepted, it will be considered a cancellation by the guest, and the corresponding policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy

Less than 48 hours after booking: 90% refund of the amount paid at the time.

More than 28 days in advance: Refund of 50% of the amount paid at the time.

Less than 27 days in advance: No refund.

CANCELLATION BY THE ADMINISTRATOR: Refund of the amount paid at the time of cancellation, within a maximum of 5 business days, or reschedule the STAY at no additional charge, subject to availability.

EXTRAORDINARY CASES: In force majeure situations such as natural disasters, fires, theft, utility outages, or other unforeseen circumstances, the stay may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability. No refunds apply in these cases.
