We want your experience to begin with confidence. That’s why we clearly explain how payments and the security deposit work, so you can book with peace of mind and enjoy your stay without worries.
Confirmation Deposit
50% of the total stay amount.

You have 24 hours to make the deposit to confirm your stay after receiving your personal quote.

The balance must be paid before or at the time of check-in; otherwise, access to the villa will not be granted and no refund will be issued for the amount already paid.

It is possible to cover the balance in installment payments.
Once the deposit is made, your reservation is confirmed for the requested dates.
Damage Deposit
$5,000 MXN in addition to the total lodging cost.
To be provided at check-in.
It may be withheld partially or in full in the event of:

Damage to the property or furniture.

Excessive dirt or disorder.

Loss of villa items.

Extra expenses caused by the guest.

Payments
Accepted payment methods
The available payment methods to make deposits, cover the security deposit, or pay balances are:
BANK TRANSFER
Any bank.
CASH DEPOSIT
Valid only for nationals through BanCoppel
INTERNATIONAL DEPOSIT
In institutions such as Western Union or MoneyGram
CREDIT AND/OR DEBIT CARD
Available only for payment of Balances or Damage Deposit with physical card.
PAYMENT LINK
Up to $50,000 MXN, from the comfort of your home.
In each payment, it is necessary to send the corresponding proof in order to issue the receipt or invoice, according to your choice.
